Et Clet Homegrown Dress NWOT

This feminine floral dress from Et Clet is light purple with cute slightly puffy shoulder sleeves and dainty white and pink flowers. Perfect for spring but could be worn all year long and with tights and Mary Janes in the fall/winter. Bought during the pandemic but never worn.
