These are brand new this month and unopened. Why? Well there’s a story there. When I was in high school I was obsessed with the Estée Lauder girl, Paulina Porizkova. I would pin the Estée Lauder ads all over my bathroom trying to do my makeup like hers. My mom began getting me that lovely Estée Lauder train case with all the makeup in it for Christmas and the cards would always say “From Santa to Paulina”. My mom still does it! She dropped it off early because we’re going to be away for Christmas and she wanted me to have the new makeup train case for the trip. While I no longer wear those fabulous reds in my fifties I know there’s some gal out there who’s going to love them. The trick with these is this: I never use this lipgloss to start out for the day. I put on my normal makeup and head out the door. But I slip one of these in that little pocket in one of my Brooks Brothers bags right next to my reading glasses and Pelikan pen (see my bag listings) and refresh in the ladies as needed. Perks up stale makeup face fast because they’re so glossy. They smell great, too. I use the neutral tones now but you get some red and fly, baby!
