Estate TGI Purple Stone and Opal Ring Size 7

I inherited this ring but it doesn’t fit me. My understanding is that it is plated with rhodium plating over 925 silver. Center stone and setting are just under 3/8 inch tall and slightly over 2/8 inch wide. One of the clear accent stones is set very deeply. Uncertain if opal and center stones are real or faux.
