Estate 18kt Yellow Gold Setting/Lab Created Rubies Pendant*

This is an 18kt yellow gold ‘teardrop’ setting. This pendant has a ‘puff’ appearance. The pendant is adorned with small lab created rubies. All of the lab created rubies are intact and the 18kt yellow gold is pristine. This pendant is in like-new condition. *Due to the fact that I was unsure of the authenticity of this item, I took it to a jeweler to determine if the stones were real or not. The jeweler verified that the setting was 18kt yellow gold. He also verified that the red ‘stones’ were quality lab created rubies. The item in the photos is the item you will receive.
