monkeybutz @steffiekris_71 have you loaded the tray for your show? Are you talking about setting the auction price and starting each item?

monkeybutz @steffiekris_71 you have to open the tray to the right bottom, you start each item individually, click on that item in the tray then to the right bottom another window will say something like request to auction I believe, I’m sorry unless I’m looking at it I can’t remember what it says. You have to do each item individually there is no system in place to just run the next item. Once the item is done running, you just click on your next item and click that request to auction button.

monkeybutz @steffiekris_71 lol I did a quick pop up test to try and see what you need to do. Add what listings you want into tray. Once you go live open the tray to the right side, click on item you want to auction, it will say auction details and you can put your price and set time there, then a little box will pop up that says auction, click that box and your auction starts. You have to be live, you can go create a test silent show if you want to play around and learn where all the buttons are.

steffiekris_71 @monkeybutz Thank you for your help I tried what you said unfortunately. I do not have an auction button anywhere on my screen and I've tried to contact poshmark 6 times on different days. Nobody will respond to me I don't know what i'm supposed to do.
