is this white or ivory?

@crissy8211 according to the tags it is ivory on ivory but it’s the closest thing to white you can get. The picture with the bridesmaid dress shows just how light it is. I would call it white.

Also it is the D2893IV. Will add a pictUre of the tag. This gown came in three colors. Mine is ivory on ivory but as you see it is nearly white.

@andydb this gown was not altered in any way. The measurements should be listed on essence website for a size 6 gown. These gowns run smaller than a normal dress. I usually wear a 4 and this is a size 6. Unaltered. So, I do not believe it could be let out. I was measured in the bridal salon to fit this dress according to Essence size chart, and when it arrived it fit perfectly. Whatever the size chart says,I would trust those measurements pretty closely.

@andydb I have other bridesmaids gowns in Poshmark. Look at those too for size reference. Azazie and Kennedy Blue. I know this is a big purchase and you want to be sure it is perfect. I will tell you, I believe this would be an expensive dress to hem. If you are going to need to hem this dress I would show it to a seamstress first. I am tall, and never have to hem anything, but I would imagine this would be quite an undertaking.
