They are also real snakeskin accents. I bought these in Italy and barely wore them but when I did they got major compliments. I do hope you win them! :)

heatherormonde Is the snake skin art bumpy/ have and texture. It seems like that would feel weird on your toes.

nreznic @heatherormonde there is texture to it but it isn’t bumpy or irritating in the least. I have had various animal textures at the toe box on other shoes and it has never ever been an issue. These are literally buttery soft leather and comfortable all around.
