Esprit pinstripe pants slacks flares size 3

I loved these pants back when I could wear them but my waist has expanded since those days, alas. I think I bought them around Y2K at a Macy’s sale and wore them as much as I could. Some fading around the top edge of the waist. Looks like something must have caught on the seat. Seams are still solid. Please see photos. Measurements are approximate Inseam: 32” Waist: 13” Rise: 9”
