Billowy halter dress by Esprit. Flawless (no snags or runs) save the seam area where the halter tie starts where it is slightly unraveling (pictured). Easy and cheap fix, or leave as is (not noticeable on), but noted in price. Size 6 US but has plenty of extra room in the bust given tie halter nature. Can ship next day✌🏻length: 41” bust is maybe 18”
