@evajul98 Thank you for your interest in this item. I am a size 6 and it fits me perfect. It is marked as a size 8, but it is a classic Esprit red label, so the sizing may be a little smaller than a current size 8. Due to the fabric of the lining, the jacket does not have much stretch. It measures 18" across the chest, but that is laying flat (from pit to pit). I hope this answers your question. If I can answer any other questions, please let me know!🌻

@mpettit1981 oh gosh, it’s such a cute jacket but I don’t think it will fit me. I’m short but not quite petite because I have wide shoulders. This has happened to me before.
