Espirit | Periwinkle Lace Trim Lined Skirt

EUC adorable soft flowy skirt. Tag says not to dry clean...oops it just came back from the dry cleaner and it’s fine. Elastic top with tie string that has the cutest crocheted pom pom ends. Top elastic strip is twisted...you can see it pics. Small area of light pearling noted on left posterior hip, likely from my purse rubbing. Lace trim with ribbon threaded through as bottom border. I think I only wore this once. Nonsmoking household with hypoallergenic Siberian cat.
