Good condition. All measurements are approximate. Beautiful tropical blue parrots and floral print. The sleeves are puff sleeves and fairly stiff. Wrap style and ties on the side. Made in Colombia. Second to last photo shows where fabric tape was used near the button/chest area at the top/front.
