Esmee Dress by ba&sh - Never worn

Ba&sh green esmee dress. New without tags, never worn. See photos of tags for material/washing instructions. The tag says size 2, which is a Medium but it does not fit like a medium in my opinion. The fit issue for me was in the bust/shoulder area, it is just too tight. I typically wear a size small.
