Esemplare Down Shirt Jacket (XL)

Out of Italy comes the smallest XL shirt jacket you've ever seen. Maybe they haven't figured out grading in the boot but they do know how to put together a fine garment. This thing has a wonderful polyamide shell that doesn't make you sweaty or feel like your sweat is congealing on your body, and is packed with a 90/10 down/poly fill. If you haven't had a piece of GOOD down outerwear, expect this to spoil your old synthetic fill jackets. It's remarkable how much better this stuff is. But wait, you ask: what's the deal with the flowers and the plain green? Is he selling two different jackets? Oh ho, potential customer, you are getting a REVERSIBLE shirt jacket: one side with the bold, baffled floral that says, I am a man who likes flowers on my jacket, and a more understated unbaffled military green that says, this is a green jacket. Let's be real, the flowers are much more interesting. both sides feature sideseam pockets and two chest pockets, for a total of eight pockets. Wow! Now, I'm selling this because the XL is really more of a small L (or maybe even an intrepid medium!). It's short in the body, which is great for the current trend of higher rise pants. Would not recommend if you're very tall/lanky or still wearing low rise jeans. the rubberized coating on the buttons is getting a little tacky with age, but, y'know, mors certa. This accounts for great discounts! Great jacket and mid layer for the right person. Hey, it's THREE jackets! what a steal.
