Brand new never removed from box sometimes the pin on the back can tarnish and if so you can bring it back to full shine with silver cloth! This is wonderful as a reminder of our favorite movie Wizard of Oz. Poor dog belonging to Dorothy was threatened by the Wicked Witch of the West!
