Sizing is 56 in Italian sizing, looking online it should be a 46 in USA sizing. We have provided measurements to be sure of fit. There are some scuffs/a hole in the top layer of the jacket on the front. If buttoned on the other side, as shown in the last picture, it will cover these defects. Shoulder to shoulder- 21" Pit to pit- 26" Sleeve length from pit to end of sleeve- 17.5" Bottom opening- 24" Length- 32.5"
