Dress is in EUC. With black underlining. Whole dress is covered with black and silver sequins. Note that waist elastic was professionally sewn & altered as shown for more defined waist. No damage on dress. Waist can go up to 15 inches flat lay. Please see photos for approximate flat lay measurements.
