gently pre owned, but the strings may need to be washed as they show dirtiness/staining. the hat is package and recommended to be placed upside down with clothing (stuffed carefully) to keep its shape. once put on the shape fits incredibly on the head. see all photos. this is like a popcorn yellow and sturdy.
