Equipment | Textured skirt

Unique textured skirt almost woven. There are some sections where the fabric has been pulled as I tried to show in the pictures. Zipper in the back. 13.5” across top laying flat, slight stretch to it 19.5” top to bottom and hips about 17.5-18.5”
