Size large short dress. Measures 36 inches from shoulder to hem and 20 inches from front arm pit to arm pit. Has ruffles at shoulder and down the arms. Worn once. I’m 5’3” and it comes to mid thigh on me. Beautiful burgundy,pink and cream flowers on a gray background
