Chic tweed mini skirt, new with tags. Features front pocket flaps (no real pockets). Flat waist measures 12.5 — equal to a total waist circumference of 25. However, has a ton of stretch, could easily fit a 26 waist or even 27. See video for stretching capability. Note: buttons on front pocket flaps seem a tad loose, however, they remain secure.
