Entourage 💙 navy cutout maxi dress formal

NWT beautiful maxi dress with cutouts! Bought this gorgeous dress from a small boutique and unfortunately saw that it had two small tears right by the waist. It’s not noticeable when wearing but I think it could easily be fixed with a few navy stitches! That being said, the dress has never been worn. Deep navy color, sexy top and mostly backless, and just shy of the floor length. For reference: I’m 5’8”.
