Enti Tie Dye Maxi Dress

Absolutely love this dress, but it no longer fits. I’m 5’5 and need to wear heals or the dress touches the ground. Elastic band at the top and at the waist. When it fit, it stayed up no problem. Worn 5-6Xs. Great condition.
