Men’s size 13 English Laundry Blackpool lace-up ankle boots. I honestly thought that these boots were a very deep dark navy blue but apparently I’m the only one who sees blue. I believe them to be a black leather with white rubber soles. Worn only a few times. In excellent preowned used condition.
