Enchante’ vintage 2 piece cottage core button front skirt and ruffle crop top

Enchante’ vintage 2 piece cottage core button front a-line skirt and ruffle lace up 3/4 sleeve crop top. 100% Rayon that feels like cotton twill. Such a cute outfit. This is vintage so it runs small. Top is a medium and the skirt is a size 9. Please see approximate measurements below. There is a metal ring on inside of top where the lace up goes through that is loose. It is not seen from the outside of garment otherwise in Great preowned condition.
