Enamel Stretch Bracelet- 703 $25 or $20 w/offer

This enamel stretch bracelet is so unique. It looks like a bangle bracelet but has elastic hidden underneath. The bracelet is embellished with crystals. I believe the metal is stainless steel as it is non magnetic and does not discolor. It fits a small wrist that is about 6” around even with a slight stretch. This bracelet might be by the Joan Rivers brand but it has no markings.
