EnFocus Studio Dress with Orange Top with Black/Blue Polkadot bottom

Worn one time! It is hard to tell if the bottom of the dress is black with white polkadots or blue with white polka dots. Size 10. 94% polyester/6% Spandex. All my items come from a "smoke-free and pet-free" home. Any questions, please let me know.
