En Noir Leather Jersey Layer Tank Dress

Excellent pre-loved condition. I could not find a size anywhere but it runs very large. It could fit probably up to a 14 or you could wear it at any size and put a strappy bralette under. Leather trim. Does not say what the other fabric is but feels like a Viscose or Rayon or Silk / Cotton blend. Chest flat is 23" Length is 37"
