battybezerky so I bought the other two and they got canceled because of shipping cost and here is another with the same shipping. Is this going to canceled also if purchased?

2shopyourway @battybezerky no it would not cancel if you buy at the price is listed for. What happened is that the shipping cost was higher than the price it was sold for, so it was cancelled for the prior two you bought.

battybezerky so the price difference between this and one other was $5 on one and the other a little more. It appears $5 is more important than being professional and honoring a sale that was paid for as advertised?

2shopyourway @battybezerky the price for shipping is $19.95 when you look at the “upgrade shipping labels” you can see it. It is based on the weight (which I wasn’t aware of) please read the facts before you judge is not right either to make judgements without understanding the facts.

2shopyourway @battybezerky the biggest bottle surpasses the weight limit the app allows me to ship (up to 10Lbs.). The bottle weighs about 15Lbs. (after package) It would never make it to its destination. Please take the time and read it so you understand is not personal or an unprofessional matter. My apologies for not understanding the shipping prior to posting.

battybezerky I do understand the facts very well. I won't go into all of them but the most obvious is you still have this bottle listed w the same shipping as the ones you canceled so no changes despite you admitting you are aware of the "real" shipping costs ....

2shopyourway @battybezerky the one was cancelled was sold for $15.00 As I explained your offered was taken thinking the shipping cost was included however once I was ready to print the label I was notified I had to upgrade it based on weight which came up to $19.95. Clearly the cost of shipping was higher than the price was paid for the bottle so the transaction was cancelled. The heavier bottle is over the weight limit the app allows so I cannot sell in this platform.
