Empoli Hobnail Genie Bottle in Smokey Brown. This is a beautiful & rare hobnail genie bottle in the color smoke. It is in amazing vintage condition considering its age. There is one hobnail that has a sharp skimmed edge (see photo). A couple of manufacturer flaws. Small area of rough seam edge on the stopper and a couple of manufacturer straw marks at the top of the neck. Otherwise no chips, cracks, scratches, air bubbles or bubble bursts. Tape is wrapped around the end that the bung would cover. We do not known what is under the tape and we leave that to the buyer to remove or not but it does keep the stopper tight and upright in the bottle. May need a little bit more cleaning. Measures 22 1/4" T x 5" Dia. at the widest. Weight 2 lbs. 5 oz. It is a beautiful piece to add to your collection.
