Empire-waisted light-weight cotton blouse

This light-weight, navy blue & white, empire-waisted, baby-doll, cotton pull-over blouse is perfect for the summer. There is a side zipper that allows for a nicely tailored fit, though the one flaw is the seem is loose at the top of the zipper (see close-up photo), but this is not noticeable when the blouse is worn. Necklace shown is also available for sale in my closet. Smoke-free home.
