Empire waist maxi dress

Black polyester and spandex blend knit fabric with excellent stretch. Empire waist with ruching at the bust and flowing bottom. Beaded strap detail makes it extra special. Maxi measures top shoulder to hem: approx 53" Top shoulder to waistband:16" In excellent condition. No flaws. This will ship in a poly mailer bag, which allows me to ship faster.
