Empire waist flowy chiffon dress

Dress has been hemmed at the straps to have the waist raise slightly. Waist band is stretchy, and the bottom is flowy. The fabric is slightly see through, so I have just worn it with a black camisole or undershirt. Very breathable, and if you're into layers it looks like with a button down beneath it.
