Empire waist black dress

Black dress by MISSLOOK. Empire waist. Zips up on the side and has darts on the chest area. Length of dress hits in the middle of your calf’s. New, never been worn, w/o tags. There are no snags, rips, or defects of any kind. Zipper does not pull on material. It never fit me so off it goes to someone it does!!
