Empire Waist Tee with Embroidered Design by Blue Sky

This shirt has an elastic waist band with the ability to tie at the waist. The blue, white and some purple embroidered design goes down both sides of the chest area. The shirt also has a slight tie dye look. This is a new shirt and has never been worn. There are no flaws or rips that I have seen.
