Empire Waist Black & White Dress. Mini length.

Empire waist mini dress with black top, elastic waist band and Black & White skirt in a damask print. Mini length with one layer of built-in crinoline, perfect for spins! Great dress for weddings, homecoming, etc. Has been worn for a few events and has no visible staining, but may need to be dry cleaned as it has been in a closet. Size M, runs a little small.
