Emma's Garden White Ruffle Shirt 18M

Emma's Garden NWT white shirt. The collar has multi layers of ruffles that also make up the sleeves. The back has a two small pink button enclosure. There is a small dot on the ruffle in front. Because this is NWT, I have not tried to wash the shirt to see if it comes out. Please see final picture to see the spot.
