Emma and Michele dress sz 3X

Plus size dress made by Emma and Michele (Kohl’s). The dress is sleeveless, around knee length, v-neck and has a long ruffle down the center front. There is also a a thin tie that will wrap around the waist as well. The top is a thin see through flower print and has an attached under layer. The dress has been worn, but still in great shape. No rips, tears, stains.
