This stunningly 🤩 beautiful dress has NEVER BEEN WORN OR WASHED! It is brand new without the tags. I purchased it to wear to an occasion I did not attend, but as soon as I put it into my closet I removed the tags. It is a sheer like polyester with layered ruffles on the bottom and a ruffle around each sleeve and collar/neckline. The waist band is elastic to fit every curve!
