Emma James Woman A Liz Claiborne Company double sided skirt is size 16W. The tag on a string you just tuck in the waist while you wear that side. Both sides have green. One side is floral with flowers and white dots all over. The other side is striped green and black. I loved wearing this skirt but I’m losing weight with my diabetic medicine. There is a little elastic on the back. Skirt closes with a zipper and hook and eye. The hook and eye is only on the floral side. Hem is asymmetric and flares out. Made in Indonesia of 100% Polyester.
