Emma Domb of California, this vintage 60’s or 70’s dress is made by the Int Ladies Garment Workers Union (ILGWU). No size tag but is quite small, please see measurements below. Frilly collar and sleeves, sheer pink chiffony (maybe organza?) dress with two slips, one is solid white the other is an old fashioned crinoline. Super pretty!!
