Emille Black Silk Capelet Top

Uniquely styled silk capelet/top with cold shoulder styling! I believe this to be a vintage piece, and it is in perfect condition other than 2 teenie pinholes near top seam that are not at all noticeable ( see pic!)💜 Side to side at waist laying flat- 22 1/2” Side to side at top seam- 18”
