Emile Henry Bread Cloche made in France. The bell shaped cloche traps the steam during baking to give the bread a crunchy chewy crust. Sized for a round loaf to make a 3-cup flour bread. The product dimensions are 13.7"L & 9.7"W& 7.2"'H and it weighs 6.5 pounds. The cloche is made of ceramic and has a black glazed finish. Hand wash is required for this product. Great condition.
