Emerson Made India Tunic, size large

Excellent used condition Emerson Made India Tunic, sz large. Love Emerson Fry? Emerson Made was her line before the eponymous one, and this piece is amazing. I wore it once and it's in perfect condition. 100% cotton and made in India. The pieces in this special collection were developed by Fry with textile artists in Rajasthan, India and each piece is hand beaded and cut from fine Indian cottons that are light and soft. The contrasting patterns are gorgeous and perfect for fall, there is beading on the belt, the buttons, and along the upper front (where the "bib" is). It's so good. There aren't loops, so you can place the belt wherever I want, which I appreciated. Care instructions say to hand wash, but I but it in lingerie bag on the gentle cycle and it washed beautifully. I also hung it to dry. It also comes with its own cotton storage bag 🙂 Measurements: pit to pit is 20 1/2 inches measuring flat (double for an idea of full circumference) and top of shoulder to hem is 28 1/2 inches (so definitely a tunic). I eyeballed where I thought the smallest part of the waist is and it’s about 19 1/4 inches and eases from these down. The hem is just a smidge under 22 inches wide measured flat. Retailed for $148
