Emerald green velvet dress

This is an emerald green velvet dress. With a sequence band around the waist and the attached collar of green sequence. The dress was custom made and worn once to a Christmas event. Fully satin lined as shown in the third picture. It has a zipper up the back to the waist and is backless. It also has a slit on the right side up to the knee
