Emerald Velvet Pinup Pencil Dress

Worn once for photo shoot. No signs of wear! Size L tag, runs small! I normally wear a size 6/8 in dresses. See measurements below👇 I have this exact dress in 3 colors I love it so much but I will wear the black and cobalt ones more. I purposefully pulled the top down to show lace bra but it covers large chests- I’m a 32H and the surplice wrap top covers me well. Can wear off shoulder.
