Emerald Green dress in size 14. New with tags

Dress is a size 14 but would probably fit more like a size 12. it would look cute with some knee-high boots for the fall. Fabric has polyester rayon spandex so a stretch material. This style would be cute with somebody who is heavier bottom because it’ll look flattering on you, but it didn’t fit me because it was too small.
