Formal LulaKate gown has a pleated top. It’s made if she’ll, so no stretch. It’s a size 0 and I typically wear a 2. I’m 5’ and this is about 6 inches too long for me. I’ve never worn it, but I bought it from a consignment shop. Perfect condition.
