Emerald Green Crushed Velvet Evening/Cocktail Dress (Sm). It's a Forever 21 dress, but definitely does not look like it ('it' being cheap). I wore this dress once, NYE 2019. It's elegant, very sexy (open front, side slit), and form fitting. See the last photo for a sense of what it looks like when worn (that was the one and only night it was worn). :)
