Emerald Green Blouse - worn once!

Bought at habit boutique - such a fun party top! Can be worn off the shoulders or not. Hits right where my mid waist jeans hit, elastic on the bottom so can be worn more cropped or not. Worn once only and dry cleaned. Can use delicate wash per the label.
